    Strange Carb

Can anyone ID this carb? It is stamped "Zenith" and "made in USA. All cast iron, #10074.

Hanley, looks like one of the old original cars on the A-4 from Zenith as it is cast iron.

Take a look inside for the venturi ID and see if it has the internal scavenge tube to determine if it is a marine carb.

Very interested in the venture diameter for sure.

Oh and thanx for sending the prop back.

I was doing some looking and the number does correspond to a replacement float for a zenith updraft antique carb....used on Case Tractors and other machinery. IH, and other equipment sometimes used the "same" or very similar carbs. From what I read the same carb, back in the day, might have been on a few different engines made by different manufactures... An eye opener for me but I couldn't hunt it down definitely.
