Cooling plate stud repair kit, advice?

Hello collective wisdom people,

I've decided to use the MMI cooling plate stud repair kit for my bottom four bolts.

Any advice for doing that? I've looked at previous threads, and instructions will come with, but if you have any helpful hints, I'd love to hear them.

Also, I now know that it's a hell of a lot easier to remove that cooling plate with the alternator off, rather than with the alternator in place....duh!
