    rear oil seal

Hi everyone, I have a oil leak that i've traced to what I believe is the rear oil seal. There is a steady drip when in gear. As I've just launched the boat for the season I would rather attempt a repair in the off season. The question I have is could this leak become alot worse over about 150 hrs. of use. Or could the seal just let go causing a sudden major loss of oil. thanks

Your leaky oil seal will not likely get much worse over the next 150 hours.

I'm attaching a set of instructions when you do get around to changing the seal.
