Accessory drive flange

I wasn't sure which category to put this in so I'll try 'troubleshooting'.

In preparing my engine for painting I saw what appears to be an empty hole where the bottom mounting bolt should be holding the accessory drive to the engine.

Could someone give me the details on this bolt so I can see about replacing it here in France (type of thread, threads per inch, length...)

Is this bolt the same size as others on the A4?

The retaining bolts for the accessory drive are standard 3/8" coarse-threaded bolts approximately 3 1/4" in length.
