    Crankcase ventilation

Could someone point me to a source for the hose that runs from the crankcase to the flame arrestor. I can't find one in the online catalogue.

    Hose???

Rick, I don't know if the hose is available and would suggest that you purchase the PCV set up instead. It is worth the investment as it works far better that the hose. It eliminates the fumes from tne crankcase that accumilate in the cabin. It is also better for the engine as it evacuates those same fumes and directs them to the manifold to be delivered to the cylinders for combustion and a quick exit out the exhaust.
It will keep the crankcase cleaner and is well worth the investment!!!

(OVAL_11_203) Breather hose (late model) - valve cover to carburetor

Search the online catalog for "203" (without the quotes).

Thanx Bill, I'll order it at the same time as my new choke cable.

Rick, I'll second Dave's comment..It is more expensive, but worth the investment. It immediately removed the 'engine smell' from the boat, and after cleaning the cushions, I've managed to keep the smell out of there too. I have owned my boat for 2 full seasons now and I am STILL removing the 30 prior years of sludge from the lack of a crankcase ventilation system from all areas of the boat. Acetone in large quantities is the only thing that will cut it.
