Oil seeping into bilge when not running

Catalina 27 Atomic 4. Found that clean oil is seeping into the bilge when the motor is running or not. First noticed this after boat had been sitting for over two years. Oil was seeping into the top of the bilge as seen in attached photo. Don’t see any water in the oil on dip stick. Can’t see where the oil is coming from. When I started it up [after a full tune up] and ran it in forward and reverse [just a little tied up in the slip] it ran fine but the next morning there was LOTS of water and oil overflowing the bilge. Tightened the box nut and that solved the water problem 100%. Now it’s just the oil seeping into the top of the bilge as seen in the second attached photo. I will work on attaching photos. Thanks!

Also: Over the past couple of months a couple of friends have noticed and told me that there was ‘some oil in the bilge’. They never started the motor, just noticed oil on the bilge. We thought there was maybe a spare quart of oil on its side that was leaking but that was not it. So it has been leaking while the boat just sits there. There is definitely more oil seeping since we have been cranking it over and finally got it running.
