Winter project

Hi
My first post here. But this site has been a fantastic place for information for my winter project.
Spare A4 build. Been putting it together with spare parts and a couple generous donations. Still missing a few vitals to get it running. Hopefully get it complete in time.
It’s been an awesome learning experience so far!

I have allot left to do and find parts
- have to locate and install a reverse gear
- install a distributor and re wire
- find a carb and electronic fuel pump and install
- replace all gaskets
- build exhaust
- water pump and plumb
- get it actually running

So going to have a bunch of question as I proceed Im sure. Never worked on an engine before. But found the A4 fair straight forward so far. Just those water jacket bolts!!! Arrrrg!

Pretty sure I saw these pics over on the A4 FB group too. There is a lot of crossover. We can all help..Looks good!
