    Stupid is as stupid does is about all I can come up with.

    Lets send the corn to Mexico and by their Petrol real gas.

    Perhaps the government is backing the marine mechanics since engine have gotten so reliable.

      With the current regime, I would have expected anything that even sounded "eco-friendly" and reduced need for petroleum to be killed. Guess that corn lobby has got some real muscle LOL
