Moyer Dipstick Kit?

Has anyone installed the extended dipstick? I have to lean over my engine and it is not fun when hot.

Joe, I have changed a few dip stick tubes over the years. Tapping them into the seat requires patience and a light touch. Be sure the tube is clean of any rust or paint up to the seat. A bit of Av grade is not a bad idea to help it slip in. Light tapping on a clamp ABOVE the seat works well too depending on access.

I can't imagine the MMI replacement would be much different. The MMI stuff usually works quite well.

i installed the Moyer dipstick tube many years ago. I don't remember having any difficulty. It certainly made checking the oil much easier.

The Moyer kit attaches on top of the original tube, so all you have to do is tighten one screw.

Added it last year. love it.

I installed it last fall and it's one of my favorite upgrades. I love it as well. Easy to do and no issues.
