    Split coupling bolt torque

On stumbling about you tube looking for video on how to align the shafts I watched a Keith fenner video on how to face and fit a split coupling. He said that the bolts on the split coupling need to be torqued equally. He shed with an indicator just how out of true with the shaft it can get.

Now besides watching mr. Fenners artistry and lamenting my career path I'm wondering if any one can tell me what a mm split coupling sould be torqued to. Is it as easy as finding the size of the bolts used and asking Google what the torque for that size bolt sould be?

Ps: I would highly recommend watching his videos if you haven't. Very talented and good teacher.
