Spark plug ceramic come end broken in head, how to clean?

We had a lot of salt water get on top of our 1978 Atomic 4 on a Catalina 27 and the top of the spark plugs were so rested out that in trying to remove one the ceramic tip on the end of the spark plug approximately 5 mm long broke off into the head. I can't vacuum it out with a shop vac with a small tube. What should I do? We did successfully remove all the plugs, on this one and another we had to use an ez out in the space where the plug core was and the threads are okay. But I need to remove the bits of ceramic from inside the head. The head bolts are so rusty I don't want to take the head off.

Just reduce the shop vacuum hose down to a small enough piece of tubing to fit in the sparkplug hole. Be very careful to not knock the pieces to where you can't get to them. Clear vinyl works with duct tape. Won't be pretty but it will suck up bits and pieces.
