    Oil change kit

Every year the engine compartment on my C/C 27' gets smaller. Checking the oil was easy---getting the dip-stick back in the hole was impossible unless one used a mirror. The dip-stick extender solved the problem----even though the install was horrible (dropping the allen screw down the hole and a trip to the hardware store for a replacement turned a 15 min. job into half a day ordeal). My blood pressure and glucose have little tolerance for oil changes. Here is the "fix": Buy Don's changer kit, stop by the auto parts store and pick-up a 12 v fuel pump---go next door to Radio Shack and get a couple of alligator clips (be sure and get some extra hose clams at the auto parts place). I'll let mr. Moyer explain how to remove the 3/4 pipe plug from the port side of the engine. Mount the fuel pump somewhere handy---you will be able to fill a gallon milk jug with hot oil in about 3 min. From a full crank case you be able to extract approx 3.5 quarts. DRIPLESS!!!!!!!!!
