200 is WAY too hot for a RWC engine. Anything past 140 and you get salt and mineral plating out at an increasing rate.
My current engine might maybe hit 140 if run hard for a long time in 85 degree...

First off, those squeeze bulbs are VERY dangerous. That needs to go once the engine is fixed. I have had them get tiny cracks and leak or just totally split, they are not designed for below decks...

Before you do anything else, take the alternator belt off. I went nuts chasing a noise that turned out to be a bad alternator bearing. They can make a variety of noises including tapping.

Most of us have or can easily set up the low oil pressure and overheating alarms, but almost no one has a low fuel...
