Hole in Manifold

I have a very small hole in the manifold that was dicovered while flushing the cooling system. Any other choices to fix this other than relacing the manifold?

A picture won't show much. It's in the middle, on the lower part right above the bolt head. I have no problem replacing the manifold, I was just wondering if there was a temporary fix so I could move my boat.

could be used as a temporary fix.
