    So..the 71 year old dude I work with that didn't start sailing until he was in his 50's, that's been from Fishing Bay, VA to New York City to Bermuda by boat said to me when we talked about his Bermuda trip he did several years ago was, "the only piece of hear I've ever had trouble with offshore is the damn jib roller furler."

    Incidentally, he owns a Hunter 380 (but also sailed other boats to/from Bermuda), and has an old 33' (I can't remember) European boat he is rebuilding with an Atomic 4 in it, so I give him a little extra credit.
