Concerns of running engine while heeling

Are there any concerns with running the A4 while heeling over. I'm not talking about burying the rails, but I am talking about a significant heel while on a close reach. Is there a point where the oil pump can't access the oil? Are there concerns with oil flowing back into the valve chamber or filling bottom of a cylinder bore?

We motor sailed back from cape lookout this weekend due to some hard starting problems, and OP never dipped below 40psi, but I was watching it like a hawk.

    Just Curious.

I had this question a while back and found a specification sheet
which said 25 degrees was the safe limit.

Even if the oil isn't a problem, watch out if your raw water intake is on the windward side. In a chop, the intake may become exposed at every wave trough and your engine overheat due to lack of cooling water. (Speaking from experience here!)
