1976 Ericson 27 for sale - NJ

I decides to sell my Ericson 27 with Atomic 4 for health reasons. Price is 6,500 winter storage has been paid, includes mast stepping, bottom wash, and cover with tarp (cost me $1050) The Atomic 4 is not the original but a rebuilt (by previous owner) older model, looks and runs good. Please pass the word to anyone who might be interested.
