RPM's drop slightly, and come back up

Installed electronic ignition and new plugs in Spring. Ran OK a few times. but last few times, while running at 4 knots, engine slows slightly, speed may drop .1 knots, then returns to normal 10 to 30 seconds later. no tachometer, I can hear the engine slow and return to normal. never stalls. no problems at idle. i'm thinking this is a minor fuel system problem, and will probably start with changing the big Fram and little in-line filters.
Any other suggestions?

I agree that your symptoms are consistent with a small fuel supply issue. You might want to go to our second article in the tech note section of our home page entitled: "Fuel related shutdowns".
