Just to clarify.....

The purpose is to assist the boater who may need to have an extra pair of eyes on something. Or, where it may be too involved to communicate the problem in print.

I have been able to walk people thru problems when they were in out of the way ports/going down the ditch...via phone....this is an extension of that procedure.
