    Moyer 120A alternator by API

    Hello

I am wondering about the regulation on the 120A alternator from Moyer.

Specifically; what voltage is it set for to charge the batteries? My old 37A motorolla is 14.2V and want to ensure a upgrade is the same. I fear to low a setpoint may shorten the life of my deep cycle lead acid.

As well.... is that setpoint adjustable on the API unit?

    Thanks
    Chris

    Chris-
The instructions (see attached PDF) state that the regulated output is 14.2

        Chris-
Not that you can't buy easily on-line but I would suggest you call Ken (610-421-4436) to order.
He'll make sure you get the right stuff and can answer just about any question. (A4 related of course)
