HELP...... I thought my A4 jumped time...I took out all the plugs..found TDC adjusted the rotor, now the valves move some times but not always. I dont have a clue on what to do, can anyone help?

We'll need a bit more information before we can provide much help:
1) What is the engine currently doing or not doing that is improper?
2) Given that valves normally operate sequentially as the engine rotates, what is it that convinces you that your valves are operating improperly?
3) Think back to the last time the engine worked OK. What (in minute detail) was done to the engine since that time in terms of maintenance work?
4) Does the engine have compression? A simple thumb check will suffice. Hold your thumb over each spark plug hole as someone turns the engine over on the starter a couple seconds for each cylinder.
