That's great Laura! These old A4's are amazing engines, able to keep running despite ridiculous neglect and abuse.

I'm going through something very similar now. I recently bought an old Jeep that had been sitting in a barn untouched for 12 years. I've now got the engine purring, and I'm going through replacing fluids, hoses, belts etc. I think you've got a much easier task ahead of you with that simple A4.
