This is embarrassing. I installed a newer, fresh water cooled A4 to replace the problematic original in my Catalina 30. All was well until connecting the carb to the throttle cable. The throttle cable is just a heavy wire, no threads, clevis, etc. I need the small pin with a short head on one end (with set screw for setting position of the cable) and smaller diameter shaft, with the hole for a cotter pin. It would the same as shown in the image below, but the Moyer parts catalog (FCAR_07.3_40) states this is for the choke connection. Would the small pin that intersects through the hole on the throttle arm on the carb be the same? I even have a backup Moyer replacement carb, new in box, and there's no stud/pin whatever with that one either.

The part you show is part of the choke assembly.
The throttle uses one of these parts:
Product No. - FCAR_07_373
Throttle cable connector, ball joint
This connector is a convenient way to connect the end of the throttle cable to the throttle arm of the carburetor. It has a spring-loaded quick disconnect feature that allows the cable to be disconnected from the throttle arm without the need to remove a tiny nut and risk dropping it into the bilge.
The end of the connector has 10/32 female threads.
