Is there a trick to get our website to mark messages viewed?

    All--

I'm not sure this is the correct place to post the question. I noticed when I see new posts, the title of the thread is highlighted. All good.

However, when I read those threads, is there a trick get the be marked "read" vs. as unread threads? I have tried both opening the starting post, posting to the last message and sometimes its works, but mostly not.

I have also tried to click the 'arrow' to the last post and I read it and then page back and refresh... but no joy.

Can anyone share how best to have our forum stay updated? I'm on the latest version of Chrome.

I struggled with this for a while - I now go back to the top of a thread and click the "Moyer Marine Atomic 4 Community - Home of the Afourians" link and it makes read threads as read.

Going back does not work for me - using Safari.

    Hope that works for you,

    Peter

I occasionally get messages that simply won't show as "read" no matter what I do. The solution I've found that works is to delete all the cookie data associated with the moyermarineforum.com domain. This has the side-effect of logging you out of your session. After logging back in, things work as they should. YMMV

I've noticed the same issue and have learned to live with it (ignore it).
I also wish the BB would flag in some way the threads I've already made a comment to.
