    Easier Water Pump Mounting

I discovered something that makes mounting a water pump on the accessory drive a tad easier. It should be helpful in limited access situations. Thought I would pass it on.
Twist a four inch stud into the lower mounting hole on the accessory drive finger tight. If you don't have a stud cut the head off a bolt. Slide the gasket and water pump on the stud. Start the upper mounting bolt into the accessory drive and tighten it down firmly so the pump won't move. Twist the stud out and thread the lower bolt into the accessory and tighten finger tight. The hole in the pump flange, gasket, and threads in the accessory drive will all be in alignment. Loosen the upper bolt to finger tight then torque both bolts down evenly.
