Exhaust flange stud size?

Hey there. I ordered all the parts for my exhaust hot section from MMI, and I meant to order studs to fit the flange to the manifold, but I accidental ordered the cap screws instead. Can anyone tell me the dimensions of the proper studs so I can find them locally and get on with the job? Thanks.

According to parts list, the size is:

4. Cap screw 2 231080 3/8-16x1"

I'll send a link to the document once I relocate it.

Interesting. I just converted mine to studs, and used 1 3/4” and they were still too short. With the studs fully seated in the manifold, there was barely enough sticking out of the flange for the nut, with no room for washers. I would suggest 2” for the studs.

I used 316 stainless instead of mild steel. Available at McMaster-Carr.

I just would also suggest generously coating them with hi-temp anti-seize.
