block pressure test
I just finished a block pressure test.
Pumped the block through a schrader valve and pressure gauge to 20 psi. I lost 4.5 psi in 30 min. That doesn't sound good to me but I really don't know. Also, my wife was watching as I pumped up the block. She said that as I was pumping, water was spitting out of the intake of the exhaust manifold, where the hose from the thermostat attaches. Is this possible and if so is does it point to where my problem is? Chuck |
