Carburetor issues, how much fuel should it get?

Hi all,

I am new to the A4 world, and am working on an engine as I write this. I have electrical, but my A4 does not seem to be getting any fuel at this point. The sparkplugs are dry, and I tried (I think) closing the choke, but didn't see any fuel lingering inside the Carb. I did clean it out earlier in the day, so I believe the Carburetor should be in good shape.

There is fuel flowing from the fuel pump, I did have to clean some up, which has me pretty sure it is getting at least that far.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!!!
