Any recommendations on LTL freight companies for an A-4 crated on a pallet with a pile of accessories with it?

Buyer of my engine used Old Dominion Freight to ship from CT to CA. No idea of the cost. Driver showed up with a big semi-trailer, use his pallet jack to move the engine (on pallet) into the truck. When he left, it was the only thing in the truck!
