Gas tank fuel pick up

I am completely redoing my fuel system I removed the tank from the boat get some pin holes fixed. I took out the pick up fuel pick up line from the gas tank and would like to replace the entire thing, anyone know where I can buy the little mesh filter? The auto places look at me like I have 3 eyes :-).
Thanks

I would recommend getting rid of the mesh entirely and installing a 21 micron canister filter (Racor, Sierra, etc) and a 10 micron polishing filter right before the carb. This way, if you pick up some gunk, it will clog an easily replaceable filter instead of a screen buried deep inside your fuel tank.

My best advice is to forget the mesh filter and rely on your downstream filtration.

edit:
There, Ed and I are thinking the same thing at the exact same time.
