Water pump flow rate?

Anyone know what the flow rate is for the new MMI water pump? According to http://www.moyermarine.com/upgrade.htm the Oberdorfer M7 was this"
"At 1750 RPM, the M7 provides a consistent 6 gallons per minute (GPM) from 0 through 9 PSI back-pressure." Presumably the new MMI pump is the same? Are there two different MMI pumps? I got a second non-flange pump with the Indigo FWC kit.

Reason: I am thinking of getting a seawater flow detector for the raw water intake. Stright_Mackay sells 3 models, the smallest one for 6-8 gpm systems.
https://www.stright-mackay.com/Merch...Category_Code= I don't know at what flow rate they alarm, and there is no descriptive literature.

Update: Just found this: http://www.go2marine.com/product.do?no=16227F which has more detail on what appears to be the same product. Flow alarm rate is adjustable.

Performance curves for the MMI flange and pedestal pumps are attached. The performance is essentially the same for both pumps.

GPM normal?

When I started up our A4 this spring (still on land) pumping water from a bucket it looked like the water out the exhaust was reduced from what I was used to, so I took a bucket and measured the amount per minute. It looked like just under 5 gallons at 1,200 rpm. Does anyone know if this is in the normal range of output? I could not find a direct answer to this question in a Moyer forum search.

Approximately 5 gallons per minute at 1,200 rpm are normal stats for your water pump output.
