Former fresh water pully removal

Hi Everyone,
My A4 at one point had a fresh water system with a pulley on the flywheel that powered the water pump. Apparently it was damaged and removed, but parts of it are still on the flywheel/crank shaft. Its not hurting anything to leave it on but I would prefer to remove it and possibly replace it with a crank start adapter. Any advice on how to get this off? I cant tell if its pressed on or screwed on. If its pressed on, would maybe cutting into it with a dremmel and cutting wheel , the splitting it with a chisel?

Former fresh Water pully removal *SOLVED*

Well I just watched the latest video from Steve Moyer regarding their fresh water pump kit and I think it answered my question. The shaft in my pictures is not the actual crank shaft but the added PTO shaft that comes with the kit. I should be able to just remove the bolts holding this to the fly wheel and remove the entire PTO shaft assembly.

Like all of his videos, this one is awesome.
