Looking for info on a Moyer rebuild A4?

I bought a 1968 Pearson Triton which has what I think is a Moyer rebuild A4. The person I bought it didn’t say anything about it being a rebuild and may not know. It has a Moyer manifold, a “Moyer” electric fuel pump, the new “Moyer” raw water pump without the grease cup, and what looks like a “Moyer” paint job.

Would like to verify it’s a Moyer rebuild A4. And further if possible exactly which A4 as Moyer may have some details about this exact one in their records. How do I do this?

Find the serial number and ask Moyer Marine if it is a rebuild. I am sure they keep records. Serial number is on the carburetor side towards fly wheel end of motor below breather hose, right below the build date.

I found the build date but no serial number. Was it painted over?
