It's a MMI 502 flange pump. Sold here on this site.
The impeller as well.

make sure you have all the missing pieces .. I have the impression on one pic that a piece of the impeller is stuck in the exhaust port.

Exclamation Caution

You have a couple of veins missing off the impeller and they can jam in a passage. However they are small and "usually" work there way to the "exit fitting" on the manifold. Once you get the pump fixed and have run for a bit remove the "exit fitting" on the manifold as they usually get stuck there as it is about the smallest restriction in the system.
