Throttle lever arm replacement?

Looking for a replacement for a throttle lever arm which connects to the throttle cable. Throttle lever shaft looks like 1/2" and lever arm is 4" long end-to-end. Cast aluminum... really?? This is the original from my '77 P30 -- no idea who the manufacturer is. I McGuyvered a temporary replacement, but it's just temporary until I can find a suitable replacement. Checking a few small engine repair shops... Recommendations?

Thanks, Jerry. Had a conversation with Ken earlier today. This arm is part of the throttle control in the cockpit, not on the engine. MMI does not carry it. Checking with some local small engine/yard equipment repair shops and also with Sealand Power Distributors. It's a simple part but may be tough to find a replacement without replacing the entire control. I made a temporary replacement out of oak which I'll glass over after a test fit. I also have some GRP with which I could make a stronger replacement. (GRP would be way more secure than the cast aluminum original).

Ahhhh, sorry. I obviously mis-understood.

Your idea of a GRP replacement sounds like a good one IMHO.
