I bought this boat that probably hasn't been started in 3+ years. I am going to buy the manual and the timing key or hand crank if in stock after I post this, may wait...

Rotate the engine

Good Morning,

I was wondering how I could rotate the crank shaft to see if the engine is seized or not.

It is a 1978 Columbia 8.3 I would assume that it is the original engine.
