For those who remember last falls infamous p-trap wet section, you have seen the area I'm thinking of dropping the start battery, in the lazarette about a foot and a half from the alternator so...

Thank you, I was following you on the idling out of gear to keep the water out.

(edit if the wind dies I did see 6.5 on the knot meter at what didn't sound like anywhere near 3000...

Thank you all there are a couple things I didn't think of here.

Jeff I think it could be turned end for end but I'm not sure the height of the vacuum break would be high enough.
