Motorola 35 Belt Not Coming Out

Don:

Having removed the original Motorola and with your new Mando 55 and its new 26" belt in hand to install, I 'm not able to wiggle the old belt out. It's hung up on something I can't see...

Head Expansion Plug Powdering

What I believe is an expansion plug, in the top aft flat surface of my Ranger 33's A-4 head, has much whitish powder on it. This residue seems to come from the plug, not an overhead deposit...

If we narrowed the choice to an Engine Mounted Electric Fuel Pump et al (FPMP_09_05), or the Bulkhead Mounted similiar model (FPMP_10_52), does the Bulkhead Electric Pump have it hands down for ease...
