There are 1001 tachs of various sizes and quality to be found. The Isspro gear Moyer sells is quite good.
I have a FleaBay special myself, it happened to fit the hole an old instrument left.

I have always found it easy to turn the engine with a socket wrench on one of the flywheel bolts. With the plugs out it should not be hard at all.

I just found out my new (to me) car has two batteries and the aux battery (house loads) died and it was $200 to replace it because only the dealer has the codes to reset the battery management...

There are a lot of possible resistance ranges of senders, but by far the most common here is 240-33 ohms for temp, oil, and fuel.
It is of course worthwhile finding out what the gauge was designed...

With the engine running pour a cap full of MMO in the carb. You'll get a cloud of smoke out of the exhaust and it should make any exhaust leak obvious.

I wasn't the only one, I saw 3 or 4 boats out sailing. It was in the mid-50s yesterday and pretty warm in the sun. Our water is down to 45 :(
I am not going to winterize the engine this year...
