the bottom of the rubber hose on the T-27 centerboard pennant is well below the waterline.
the fitting on the top of the ctr. board trunk on my 27 was a bronze threaded nipple...

Noank Village Boatyard had a very good A-4 guy when i bought a boat in the area 10-12 years ago. Don't know if he or they are still going, but they were very good to me at the time.

fly wheel cover

i have a flywheel cover that is plastic. looks exactly like the old cast type with name and Oshkosh cast in. just wondering if anyone else has seen one.

hello All,

was at Maine Maritime Museum last summer and saw a Super Four installed in a wooden picnic type boat. spark arrestor and carb seemed to be 50% larger than the A-Four.

Hello,
i don't hear a click, i hear a full on failure of internal bearings, pistons, etc.
sounds way more than simple spring,valve, etc.
not a mechanic, just saying.

I don't know what the boat is but not a folkboat or a Kings Cruiser.
folk boats are all clinker built, in Canada by Abbott in the early 60s.
i owned a Kings Cruiser in the early 80s...

The problem with the UPS is the "j" measure. on the C27 it is 11.2,

that is for sure a sail at the Halifax shop. All Doyle sails for here are cut in Marblehead and then shipped here for final assembly.
