Oil pressure adjustment drip

I've cranked dowen on the nut as best i can but still the drip persists. Is it ok to use a neoprene washer, gasket sealer, or gasket of some type to stop the drip? If so what is the best media to use?

I was not planning to remove the manidold... I can blow through the cooling fittings on the manifold no problem but will put a coat hanger through it and shop vac. I noticed perhaps from overheating...

My gut says you have a restriction on your pickup tube strainer. A bit odd but electric fuel pumps rely on fuel flow as a coolent plus a restriction would cause your fuel pump to have to work harder...
