Rig Tuning Info
 

Now that I have the engine running it is time to tune up the rig. Anyone have tuning instructions for a Tartan 30 standard rig?

nine 0 two 461 122eight....it would take me forever to type it all out but it's a walk in the park.

-do what I said in the thread re: centering the mast
-then tighten your outer evenly, 1 turn once side then 1 turn the other side until you have 1 inch play when you move the shroud.
-let me know if you have 2 or 3 shrouds...either way there is nothing to it and if they put a gauge on it after you do it they will just be confirming what you already know...done deal:)
