What parts to save off an old engine

I have an old engine with a cracked block that I am going to be taking to the scrap yard. What things are worth saving off it? Things I have already pulled off that I am keeping:
    Carb
    Fuel pump
    Distributor
    Water pump
    Starter
    Alternator
    Coil
    Manifold
    Thermostat cover

Anything else worth keeping? I was thinking maybe the reserving gear.

Definitely the reversing gear! Among all the parts you listed, this is the only one for which there are no new or replacement parts available. in particular, the thrust bearing collar assembly is a unique part that is available nowhere else, and has a tendency to fail catastrophically when it does, rendering the reversing gear completely nonfunctional.

Every reversing gear assembly that goes to the dump is one fewer out there available to draw on for parts.
