Yeah, I'll take them and pay it forward. I've got just the guy for the MMI manual. Let me know when you're in Long Beach next and we'll connect.

Neil, howz the new ride treating you? I saw a nice blue one a couple of days ago.

I have a question for you; do you know anything about the Vetus single lever engine control? It is made by Teleflex I believe and I am having some trouble with it.

Lost your number with my old phone.

    Hi Neil,

I am new and just got Catalina 30 from 1978. I am looking for possible upgrades.
Can you share more photos of yours? I am sure it looks beautiful and is functional. Based on the pictures you posted it seems that you have old style (bow) traveller, is this true? Paint is amazing both outside and inside. Congratulations!

    Hi Mr. Dutton,
I found you through reading the posts on this site. I would like to request your assistance with an A4 on a recently purchased a 1974 Catalina 27 (docked at Cabrillo Way Marina). I have been noticing issues with the engine such as the smell of gas and the oh so frustrating issue of immediate shut down after starting up. I need help in getting it back to nice working condition and piece of mind. I have been researching how to resolve the issues, but I am not experienced or confident enough to tackle even a simple diagnostic let alone removing and cleaning out a carburator for example, float valve, fuel lines...not even spark plugs. I have read the incredible assistance you have given others on this site and would really appreciate your help if you can. Or maybe someone you can refer me to wouldn't be too bad. Please let me know. And thank you.
