How to test a electronic fuel pump? If I put a Guage to get how many psi should I be getting?

About 1 1/2 ~ 2 lbs for most and 2 ~ 4 for the E-35 Mk II and Cat 30.
It doesn't take muuch to feed about a gallon an hour.

Note you want the gauge on a running engine, not just on the pump. Results may vary otherwise.
My experiments show the engine is pretty tolerant of fuel pressure, it seemed to do fine at 1 PSI and just fine at 4 too.
