Steam From Exhaust

I've had a FWC system for a couple of years. Recently as the engine reaches 160 degrees I get lots of steam. It hold steady at 180 but still quite a bit of steam.

What is the outside air and water temp at that time?
Any other symptoms? Decreased water flow out the exhaust?

220 degrees

Steam is the result of boiling water. When I had a fwc I had the heat exchanger cleaned at a radiator shop anually. Or maybe it is just water vapor and cold air I think you can get a cheap scan thermometer at harbor freight if you are runiing with temp limits and not loosing coolant then maybe it is just hot MOIST air mixing with coool air.
