Looking for a Seat dressing tool

Good day everyone, thank you for letting me join this group. We have a 1974 Ranger 37 with an atomic 4. The engine is not original as the original raw water cooled one froze, thawed and sank the boat at the dock. Well that is were we came in. Got the boat, found a donor and rebuilt it thanks to all the advice found in this group.

Well after running for a season we noticed a problem keeping oil pressure and decided that we would address that.

So does anyone have a Seat dressing tool for oil pressure regulating valve that they would be willing to lend or rent? I do have a love for buying new tools but feel since this is a one use tool limited to this engine, I would try and borrow one first. I am willing to compensate for time and effort.
