Classic Engine for Classic Car?

Hello Folks;
New guy trying (again) to learn how to post message and pic to board.
I have an Atomic 4 in my 1978 C&C 34, and love it!
Picture shows my "orphan" A-4 , given to me by a friend who felt he just HAD to go diesel. Lucky Me!
I took it to another friend, a professional engine rebuilder for a complete tear down & inspection. Perfect condition, but did the usuals while apart.
Thinking of installing it a '61 Seafarer Polaris 26' which I am restoring. Jury still out on that idea, as major renos to hull (full keel) would be required. The boat is presently powered by O/B in lazerette motorwell.
ATOMIC powered '63 Corvette? Why not "eh" ?(as we say in Canada)Ha Ha!
