Throttle cable attachment
My old Morse shift/throttle levers are located in the cockpit where people (ok, I) have a tendency to accidentally kick them, step on them, etc. Quite often, this results in the throttle cable wire pulling out of the little barrel/screw fitting on the carburetor.
So I have two queries: 1-Is there a better way to fasten the cable to the carburetor? 2-Does anyone have any experience or recommendations for upgrading their control mechanism? Thanks! |

I have the same Morse throttle. With the same problem.
I've been looking around for a better solution but no joy yet! I'll be curious to see if you come up with something. Steve |
