Shift cable

I need to replace my shift cable. The old one is sticking, making shifting into forward very difficult. It is a very heavy cable, 10 feet long, 1/2" in diameter on the cover, red, probably Morse, with forks on both ends that thread onto the cable core. Any recommendations on a good shift cable? Type, size, etc.?

I'm attaching sources which seem to have worked for folks in the past. If you run across any other sources, please feel free to share them.
